一、我会把一个后缀搞成xyz
我会选择一个比较通用的，用几乎免费的低价，推广开来先。先占有中国市场
然后，慢慢长久的经营来赚钱。
到底是谁？run？ltd？vin？show？life？gold？city？world？plus？email？
company？
甜甜圈目前注册量最高的guru才名列新顶级域名的第39名，这差太远了！
二、我会学radix，备案先
现在radix备案做的很好。找了国内懂行的人在推动。最近续费又普遍降价了，
site Online space tech 现在新顶级域名里的排名在第六、十二、二十二、
二十三，全在前30名。
三、我要学top,推广终端，免费提供空间
现在没有看到甜甜圈有任何推广终端，只是一味在布局后缀的数量，对于终端
的推广，几乎没有任何行动。
一个没有推广终端行动的注册局，只有米农在自己推销吧！
四、我要学win bid,续费8元
你win、bid续费9元人民币，我就8元；我有194个儿子，让几个儿子，自己独立
去搞去！还怕什么呢？
有的注册局只有一个后缀，我194个，我送两个做礼物，也划算！
五、我要学vip，找个中国通，先赚个4000万
据说，vip注册局已经赚了4000万，我没有算过，但是vip的营销确实强大；我就
搞几个后缀，让朔光（ALLEGRAVITA）帮我搞。
六、我把部分后缀搞特殊政策，与中国投资人一起搞
比如vin，你要买？好。一起搞。
比如run，你要推？好。一起搞。
我既可以收回点现金，又有免费的推广者，何乐不为？
七、我会把布局后缀的钱的十分之一搞营销
我的后缀布局够多了，现在最缺的是营销。而这一点，是甜甜圈最薄弱的环节！

first of all,i am not,so say if i were ceo of Donuts.
secondly,Donuts has altogether 194 suffixes which occupies
18.37% of the total suffixes approved by ICANN,but the registration
shares only 7.69% of the total new gtlds registration.
this is just like i could eat 500g food,but i only eat
210g!and if you see one car could run 100km/h,but i only
drive in 44km/h.now you could understand what jalopy(classic car)

1/i would use one suffix as .xyz
i would choose one all-purpose suffix with very low registration fee
to market in China.then i would own my money step by step.
i could choose run?ltd?vin?show?life?gold?city?world?plus?email?
or company?
now .guru is the no.1 suffix with biggest registration quantity in
Donuts family.but it only ranked 39th in the new gtlds in terms of
registration quantity.
2/i would learn Radix,apply accredit from MIIT asap
now Radix did well in accreditation who hires chinese experts to push
this issue.recently.radix has slashed down the renewal fees covering all
suffixes.now site、online、space、tech now dominate the 6th、12th、
22nd and 23rd of new gtlds in terms of registration quantity!
3/i would learn .top,to market in the end-users and supply free web space
now we could see no promotional activities for donuts domains.donuts are
interested in own more and more suffixes but without any campaign for
advertising activities in china end-users market.
4/i would learn .win and .bid,with renewal fee rmb8.00!
now .win and .bid has a renewal policy of rmb9.00,i would like to set
renewal price to rmb8.00!as i have 194 suffixes,just like i had 194
sons.i could let several sons to be independant.some registries only
has one suffix,i have so many.i could send two of my suffixes as gifts
to investors so that they could propaganda my brand：Donuts
5/i would learn .vip,to find one China hand to own rmb40.00 million
it was said .vip has owned rmb40.00 million from China.i have not
calculated.but the marketing power for .vip is really strong.i could
use Allegravita too just like .vip
6/i would market several suffixes with chinese partners
say .vin,if you want to buy in China,ok,go ahead.
say .run,if you want to market in China.ok go on pls.
i have so many free advertisers in china,how happy i am!
7/i would use one tenth of my investments for suffixes to market
i have too many good suffixes now.now i need marketing which is the
weakest link for donuts.i would use marketing tools for marketing!
of course,i have many work to do.i would do the above first.
